Controversial Nigerian activist, Aisha Yesufu has alleged that President Muhammadu Buhari and the vice, Yemi Osinbajo gave orders to the IGP to shoot at EndSARS protesters.
Aisha Yesufu made this claim after it was reported that a police fired at her during the #EndSARS protest in Lagos.
Aisha took to micro blogging platform, Twitter and wrote:
“I still can’t believe I am neither dead nor in the hospital. Every step I took yesterday walking away as men of@PoliceNGshot at me I braced myself for the moment of impact. It seems President Buhari@MBuhari&@ProfOsinbajogave IGP order to shoot at protesters.”
Replying to a comment by Fisayo Soyombo, Aisha wrote:
“Isn’t that what Buhari sent them to do? We met with IGP who in our presence called some of his CPs & gave them instructions to protect protesters as demanded by law. He went to have a meeting with Osinbajo & Buhari and he sent his men to kill. Is he not following Buhari’s orders?”
